During checkout you will see shipping options for both Canada Post Expedited and Overnight Express Shipping. Canada Post Expedited is fast and costs less, but Overnight Express Shipping is very fast and slightly more expensive. A typical order to BC or Nova Scotia is 4-5 business days with Canada Post Expedited and usually next business day with Overnight Express Shipping.

For typical orders to Ontario, delivery takes 2-3 business days with Canada Post Expedited with Overnight Express Shipping being 1 business day to most locations and is generally more dependable. All shipping options include tracking and insurance.

We do not accept returns on any ShroomTeam.ca products. All sales are final. All items we sell are personal use only and as such cannot be returned.

All orders from ShroomTeam ship in plain cardboard boxes. The boxes carry no identifying external markings besides the minimum postal information required for delivery. ShroomTeam is not marked on packaging or the shipping label. Feel confident ordering a gift for a loved one and they won’t know what it is when it arrives.

Shipping fees are automatically generated upon checkout, we subsidize all shipping fees so you pay less than our actual cost. All shipping fees include insurance coverage and fuel surcharges. Applicable taxes will be applied to all shipping charges.

Our $100.00+ (pre-tax) Free Expedited Shipping and our $200.00+ (pre-tax) Free Overnight Express Shipping within Canada promotions and code specials include Nunavut, Yukon, and NWT. Free shipping does not apply to sale items (unless stated otherwise) and is exclusive of additional oversized item charges. Oversized items will be noted within the product details page. After discounted prices are used when determining free-shipping (ie. the $100.00 must be met after all discounts have been applied in order to receive free shipping on sales items).

All orders ship complete. Pre-ordered products that are placed with any (non pre-order) order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item arrives. Partial shipped orders are permitted, however, additional shipping fees will apply. ShroomTeam reserves the right to alter shipping charges as circumstances warrant and to delay shipment in order to verify payment or shipping details.

We ship to all of Canada typically same day if the order is received before 3:30pm E.S.T. Mon – Fri and next business day on weekends or holidays.

When a shipment tracking number is shown as delivered on the postal services tracking website or the delivery date has passed 3 business days beyond the maximum number of delivery days and the shipment has not yet been received, ShroomTeam will open an investigation with the postal service. It is the receivers responsibility to notify ShroomTeam within 5 business days past the expected delivery date calculated from the shipping notification email if the parcel has not yet been received.

The postal service requires 5 – 10 business days to carry out its investigation, during which time no refunds or replacement items can be given. In most cases the shipment is found and quickly delivered, if the investigation result is that of a lost package, we will have a replacement order sent ASAP. ShroomTeam is not responsible for delayed or misrouted shipments.
